Leo’s Table is named after my grandfather Leo, who owned a breakfast & lunch spot in the Fitchburg railroad depot after WW2. He would always ask if I was a chef yet growing up, if he were here today, I’m sure he would have been proud. Our tables hold special meaning to us as well, as they will be handcrafted by my very talented dad Alan Bourgault.
Leo’s Table is currently slated to open mid July 2019, and is brought to you by the team at Food for Strength and will proudly feature fresh local ingredients from some of our favorite suppliers such as The Kitchen Garden Farm, Queen’s Green’s & Vermont Fresh Pasta.
Our menu will feature a daily variety of homemade english muffins, breakfast and lunch sandwiches with house roasted meats, benedicts on homemade english muffins of course, salads, local coffee & espresso drinks, desserts and house made sparkling beverages, along with daily lunch specials. Our prepared meals delivery service Food for Strength will also be moving to this location once the renovation is complete.
